The National Memorial of Military Ascent will officially be open next weekend with a dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony set for Saturday, June 6, at 950 E Main Street in Grafton. The memorial depicting the events of D-Day at Pointe du Hoc, will open with a dedication scheduled at 9:30 a.m. followed by a ribbon cutting ceremony. (Steven Spencer/River County News)
