News from Pastor Mancel Day and Barrow Baptist Church. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is invited to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, June 7, we had 17 attending Sunday school and 24 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Others to remember include Lois Hart, Peggy Clemons, Connie Sturgeon, Judy Cannon, Judy McCurley, Josh Cannon, Todd Carriger, Linda Hallock, Don Bigley, Richard Fundel, Barnabas Griffith, Norma Jean Osmond, Bob Newton, Knox Lawson, and the families of Gary and Donna Northcutt, Debbie Bigham Lawson, and Suzie Frioli.
Happy birthday wishes go out to Junia Day, June 16. Happy anniversary wishes go out to Pastor Mancel and Julie Day, June 15.
During morning worship several shared testimonies and stories and Rich Caskey sang “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot.”
As June progress’s and the temperatures are rising, make sure to check on your elderly neighbors and friends.
