The following police reports were filed between May 29 and June 4, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Shane A. Pitman, dob 3-07-1975, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
Kevin J. Pranger, dob 4-06-1961, possession of meth less than 5 grams, battery/cause bodily harm.
Heather M. Stell, dob 12-04-1984, 2 charges of possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Chad A. Phillips, dob 12-12-1995, home repair fraud/contract greater than $1,000.
Christopher M. Morris, dob 10-18-1990, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Chadley M. Sullivan, dob 1-14-1978, criminal trespass to land.
Lendyl A. Richey, dob 7-14-1993, criminal trespass to land, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Mark A. Barber, dob 3-14/1981, domestic battery/physical contact, aggravated assault/use deadly weapon.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Brittanie N. Patterson, dob 2-11-1992, driving on a suspended license.
Jason W. Piper, dob 9-29-1985, driving on a revoked license, reckless driving, leaving the scene.
Shane R. Seymoure, dob 12-26-1989, driving on a suspended license, drive/operate non-highway vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Ayden J. Randell, dob 5-20-2005, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Anthony J. Ward, dob 3-08-1982, violate license classification 1st & 2nd division.
Brendan J. Kanaske, dob 9-09-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Dustin C. Walker, dob 12-15-1955, disregard stop sign.
Rachel S. Heinz, dob 2-05-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Heather C. Rodhouse, dob 7-26-1981, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Joey L. Waters, dob 10-12-2003, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Timothy F. Durbin, dob 10-09-1979, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jarrod L. Holtz, dob 1-05-1973, unlicensed, improper motorcycle operation.
Kaleb J. Washausen, dob, 11-09-2001, unlicensed, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brooke E. Carney, dob 7-29-1998, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
