The following police reports were filed between May 29 and June 4, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Joshua J. Allgood, dob 8-01-1988, aggravated battery/child under the age of 13/bodily harm, 2 charges of domestic battery/bodily harm.
Christy D. Garrison, dob 4-09-1980, aggravated DUI/crash/bodily harm, operate uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed.
Nikiya A. Triplett, dob 10-23-2002, retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Victoria L. Harkey, dob 12-22-1980, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Willaim R. Miller, dob 6-14-1967, operate without insurance, failure to obey stop sign.
Paul B. Nelson, dob 3-04-1973, disorderly conduct.
Thi M. Patterson, dob 7-09-2000, operate without insurance.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
Myles S. Porter, dob 11-24-1995, operate watercraft without personal floatation device access.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Josiah A. Boyce, dob 5-04-2006, operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, operate boat without lanyard cutoff, consumption of liquor/minor.
Cody C. Crum, dob 1-11-1990, driving under the influence of a drug, improper traffic lane usage.
Connor D. Livingston, dob 10-10-2001, operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol, operate boat without lanyard cutoff.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Stephen M. Glassbrenner, dob 10-24-1985, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Barbara J. Romain, dob 11-26-1965, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Joseph M. Angle, dob 11-09-1984, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Jennifer E. Beesley, dob 6-10-1980, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tyler J. Johnson, dob 12-01-2006, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Arianna L. Miller, dob 7-14-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
William R. Miller, dob 6-14-1967, failure to obey stop sign.
