The following police reports were filed between June 4 and June 11, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Christopher M. Morris, dob 10-18-1990, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Timothy Z. Pennington, dob 11-29-1993, possession of cannabis between 100-500 grams/1st.
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 11-22-1985, possession of meth less than 5 grams, aggravated battery/great bodily harm, domestic battery/other prior, interference with a report of domestic violence.
Stephen L. Calvin, dob 11-12-1976, domestic battery/other prior.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Chadley M. Sullivan, dob 1-14-1978, criminal trespass to land.
Lendyl A. Richey, dob 7-14-1993, criminal trespass to land, disorderly conduct.
Shane R. Seymoure, dob 12-26-1989, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Julian E. Meza, dob 2-18-1955, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, driving under the influence of alcohol, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 6-22-1985, domestic battery/physical contact.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Jacob C. Esparza, dob 12-221995, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Blake J. Bailey, dob 4-24-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Charles A. Turner, dob 8-04-2001, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
David A. Perica, dob 10-20-1955, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Lyric D. Pruiett, dob 1-18-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
