JUNE EVENTS
Calhoun County Swimming Pool is now open to the public
June 30 – Monthly Drawing
Lunch served daily from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
The DMV Mobile Unit will be at the Calhoun Extension Office, Hardin, Illinois on the following days: July 10, Sept. 4, and Nov. 6. All of these days are on a Friday and take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please call 618-576-2293 to make an appointment.
Medicare and Union Coverage: If you are 65 or older and have a group health plan based on your current employee and your spouse’s current employment and the employer has 20 or more employees your group health plan pays first. In addition, if your employer has less than 20 employees but is part of a multi-employer plan that has other employees.
We are still looking for volunteers to do the Meals on Wheels route. If interested, get in touch with Nikki or Jessica at 618-576-9567.

Friday, June 26: Cheeseburger & Fixings, French Fries, Baked Beans, Apricots.
Monday, June 29: Swedish Meatballs, Noodles, Stewed Tomatoes, Applesauce.
Tuesday, June 30: Country Fried Steak, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Creamed Corn, Cherry Fluff.
Wednesday, July 1: Menu Unavailable.
St. Vincent DePaul is open every Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., except the fifth Wednesday they are closed on that day. This organization helps with rent, utilities, mortgage, GED as well as the food pantry and clothing store. They are located in Hardin, Illinois.
Free Food Distributions takes place the second Monday of every month at the American Legion Post 1083 in Kampsville, Illinois. This is provided by Food Access Resource Markets; St. Louis Area Foodbank.
