The following police reports were filed between June 26 and July 01, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ashley L. Bridgewater, dob 7-15-1986, aggravated DUI/license suspended or revoked, driving on a revoked license, failure to notify damage/unattended vehicle.
Jeffrey D. Flynn, dob 2-15-1952, burglary without causing damage, theft/unauthorized control less than $500.
Cory J. Green, dob 2-17-1997, possession of meth between 5-15 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Heather M. Breedlove, dob 6-23-1988, criminal trespass to land.
Ricky Thomas Oliver, dob 10-17-1990, unlawful display title/certificate/plate, driving on a suspended license.
Austin C. Shrum, dob 10-09-1999, battery/cause bodily harm, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
John M. Ashburn, dob 12-12-1984, driving on a revoked license.
Jacob L. Mouser, dob 9-01-2005, leaving the scene, improper traffic lane usage, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Stephanie K. Short, dob 7-06-1965, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Christopher J. Tassinari, dob 7-06-1992, driving on a suspended license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Braiden J. Armentrout, dob 2-10-2009, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Justin A. Childress, dob 3-12-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Bradley D. Hendrix, dob 3-13-1981, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Joshua M. Kiel, dob 3-14-1985, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Craig J. Marshall, dob 5-25-1975, expiration of registration.
Bryan Joseph McKennon, dob n/a, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Gerald A. New, dob 12-02-1959, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael R. Schroeder, dob 5-16-1948, failure to obey yield sign.
