The Village of Kampsville celebrated their annual summer celebration on Saturday. This date was originally always in August but this year they decided to change it up and moved it to July which was the original date for the St. Anselm’s picnic. It was a hot evening, but it didn’t stop everyone from coming out to enjoy all of the fun. The night concluded with an amazing fireworks display over the Illinois river.
