The following police reports were filed between July 16 and July 22, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Jimmie D. Smith Jr., dob 3-12-1968, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Jason E. Tomlin, dob 3-10-1982, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Jessica L. Jeffers, dob 8-10-1986, violate order of protection.
Reagan C. Stewart, dob 7-17-1976, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, reckless conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Hecktor I. Delarosa, dob 11-14-2006, driving under the influence of an intoxicating compound.
Jeffery L. Wells, dob 9-26-1962, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, failure to reduce speed, failure to yield to the right-of-way of an emergency vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Matthews W. Tucker, dob 6-10-1967, driving on a suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Rahsaan O. Thomas, dob 5-05-1975, improper use of registration/title,operate uninsured motor vehicle.
James Nelson, dob 5-20-1964, driving on a suspended license.
Tyus R. Norwood, dob 12-27-1998, driving on a suspended license.
Colton L. Perkinson, dob 12-01-1995, 2 charges of driving on a revoked license, disregard stop sign.
Bernard T. Gant, dob 7-12-1993, improper use of registration/title, 2 charges of no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Kari L. Schofield, dob 10-05-1987, reckless driving.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Jared T. Bushong, dob 10-20-2009, failure to reduce speed.
Abby K. Mitchell, dob 3-28-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Jason D. Kallal, dob 12-29-1979, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Matthew E. Walden, dob 1-06-2007, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kevin L. Shewmake, dob 11-14-1969, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Mason S. Cox, dob 3-20-2009, drive/operate non-highway vehicle.
