Dr. James E. and Shirley M. Hall, DVM will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary in Jerseyville. Jim married the former Shirley M. Callaway on May 14, 1955. Jim was a self-employed Veterinarian in Jerseyville, IL. from 1963-2004. Shirley was self-employed, worked as an office manager for the Jersey County Fair for 31 years, as well as volunteer work in the community. Jim and Shirley have two children, Carolyn and Aaron Ridenour, Mt. Zion, IL and Steve and Cindy Hall, Elsah, IL. The couple has six grandchildren, Amanda Ridenour, Columbus, Ohio, Rachel and Jeremy Logan, Jerseyville, Il., Christine & Adam Smith, Kane, Il., Jimmy and Melissa Ridenour, Mt. Zion, Il., Jenni Reed, Columbiana, Al., and Erin and Lonnie Wenzel, Centralia, Il. Also nine great grandchildren, Parker Logan, Grayson, Henry and Evelyn Smith, David and Milo Pasquini, Lance Wenzel and Emery and Graham Ridenour.
