The following police reports were filed between June 25 and July 31, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Loron Falkner, dob 4-07-1971, possession of meth less than five grams.
Donald W. Johnson, dob 8-21-1972, possession of meth less than five grams.
Angel M. Ortiz, dob 3-14-2002, aggravated fleeing/bodily injury.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Allison N. Everett, dob 2-02-1998, contributing to the criminal delinquency of a minor to commit a class B misdemeanor.
Dakota L. Castleberry, dob 11-29-1994, violate an order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Gregory P. Rawe, dob 1-20-1980, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Sierra L. Ingram, dob 4-08-1996, driving on a suspended license.
Matthew M. Klopfer, dob 7-27-2006, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Jeff D. McGinnis, dob 9-13-1980, driving on a suspended license.
Cedric D. King, dob 9-08-1973, drivers license is expired more than a year.
Reagan C. Stewart, dob 7-17-1976, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Garrett M. Liby, dob 8-04-1993, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Mindy L. Stark, dob 9-18-1975, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Katelynn E. Gibson, dob 2-02-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jamie L. Miller, dob 11-02-1976, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Amy Jo Pollard, dob 8-04-1981, driving 11-14 mph above limit, disregard official traffic-control device.
Wayne L. Decker, dob 8-30-1967, improper turn signal.
