The following police reports were filed between August 1, 2025 and August 07, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Ty T. Puckett, dob 9-21-1981, possession of meth less than five grams.
Brandi R. Fisher, dob 5-14-1973, possession of math less than five grams.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Benjamin R. Rice, dob 3-06-1981, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Tara A. Winters, dob 8-20-1973, drivers license is expired more than a year, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kerry L. Nevils, dob 8-16-1961, driving on a suspended license.
Kimberly Jo Day, dob 7-02-1975, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Debra J. Baker, dob 5-23-1963, unlawful growth of weeds.
Gary A. Morgan Jr., dob 7-04-1980, unlawful growth of weeds.
Donald E. Cox, dob 10-23-1970, unlawful growth of weeds.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Michael S. Rotella, dob 2-05-1981, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Shawn C. Varble, dob 1-03-1967, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Wade W. Berger, dob 2-12-1998, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Chad M. Thompson, dob 5-23-2004, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Michael W. McWhorter, dob 2-11-2005, improper traffic lane usage.
Bryan J. Cook, dob 5-24-1994, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Erick Nsombolayi, dob 10-08-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Ronald T. Loomis-Easton, dob 1-08-1991, failure to reduce speed.
Elanny L. Rodriguez, dob 8-09-1996, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
