Knowledge is power – and it won the float competition

The Greenfield Public Library’s entry into the Greenfield Triennial Homecoming parade depicted the Greenfield High School’s Bridge of Knowledge, lined with the titles of notable books throughout the 100 years of existence of the bridge. The judges were impressed enough to award them First Place in the float competition. Vinyard Seed’s entry took second place and Shield Bishop Funeral Home came in third.
