Leah R. Westemeyer, 39, Homeless, was arrested Aug. 17 on a charge of failure to appear. She remains lodged.
Charles W. Woollen, 48, Hannibal, Mo., was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of failure to appear. He remains lodged.
Christopher J. Yanczer, 36, Pleasant Hill, was arrested Aug. 13 on a charge of failure to appear on a body attachment. He was released Aug. 15.
Alex M. Campbell, 43, Quincy, was arrested Aug. 16 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released Aug. 17.
Akhmet Kuzgov, 26, Chicago, was arrested Aug. 14 on a charge of theft. He remains lodged.
Alexis M. Phelps, 26, Hannibal, Mo., was arrested Aug. 12 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released Aug. 13.
