Hello from Pastor Mancel Day and Barrow Baptist Church. Our service times are 9:30 a.m. Sunday school, followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship. Everyone is invited to either or both services and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Oct. 5, we had 23 attending Sunday school and 28 attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nations in your prayers. There are no birthdays or anniversaries to report this week.
Don’t forget our upcoming revival Oct. 13 – 16 with Alsey Baptist, Barrow Baptist, Gentle Shepherd and Pleasant Hill Baptist participating. There will be a different speaker each evening and it starts at 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 14, will be our ladies luncheon at noon in the fellowship hall.
Sunday, Oct. 19, we will be holding services at the White Hall Nursing and Rehab at 2 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 25, will be our Adult VBS at 2 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 31, we will be participating in Trunk or Treat on the Roodhouse square.
During morning worship Rich Caskey sang “I Saw the Light.”
