Felonies
Billy J. McCane, dob 7-02-1987, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, five years in the Department of Corrections, six months mandatory supervised release (MSR); charges of driving on a revoked license, speeding 35+ mph over limit and no valid registration 1st and 2nd were dismissed.
Christopher M. Rodriguez, dob 8-15-1980, was found guilty on charges of aiding/abetting/possess/sell stolen vehicle, felony possession/use weapon/firearm and domestic battery/contact/1-2 previous convictions, fine, eight years in the Department of Correction on all charges, one hear mandatory supervised release (MSR) on all charges; a charge of receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle was amended/reduced; a charge of aggravated domestic battery was dismissed.
Adam D. Seib, dob 8-28-1989, was found guilty on a charge of theft/stolen/less than $500, one year conditional discharge, $500 fine; a charge of theft control intent between $500-$10K was dismissed.
Brooklynn M. Witt, dob 2-08-2003, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated battery/peace officer, two years probation, fine, medical/mental treatment.

Misdemeanors
Angela L. Alexander, dob 9-29-1976, was found guilty on two charges of bad checks/obtain control of property, 18 months conditional discharge for each charge $300 fine on both charges.
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, was found guilty on a charge of disorderly conduct, one year conditional discharge, $300 fine, 4 hours public/community service.
Christopher M. Rodriguez, dob 8-15-1980, a charge of domestic battery/bodily harm was dismissed.
Brooklynn M. Witt, dob 2-08-2003, charges of disorderly conduct and assault were dismissed.
