The following police reports were filed between October 31 and November 6, 2025. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Roger E. Pace, dob 3-30-1962, meth delivery between 15-100 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kira L. Denton, dob 11-27-2006, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
David A. Depper, dob 2-05-1986, battery/cause bodily harm.
Lee A. Glenn, dob 1-06-2006, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Justin W. Kirby, dob 2-18-1979, violate order of protection.
Brody P. Winters, dob 8-27-2006, consumption of liquor/minor.
The following individual was charged with an conservation violation:
Marty D. Jones, dob 11-06-1956, hunt others land without permission.
Anthony L. Maggart, dob 6-04-1980, hunt others land without permission.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Jeremiah Gregory Farias, dob 10-17-2008, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Philip C. Lucido, dob 3-12-1971, driving on a suspended license.
Madeline C. Ross, dob 3-01-1991, operate vehicle suspended/2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Michael D. Stuby, dob 4-12-1981, driving on suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Keith S. Ward, dob 10-16-1984, driving on a revoked license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, improper use registration/title.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Aliyha G. Baker, dob 6-16-2001, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Douglas G. Brooks, dob 11-07-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Justin A. Childress, dob 3-12-1981, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Olivia R. Forbes, dob 9-28-2004, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
John Arthur Grahovac, dob 8-31-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Genevieve C. Hall, dob 2-01-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Julio Herrera Caballero, dob 1111-2000, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Bobbi Jo Hubbard, dob 11-20-1968, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
David M. Johnson, dob 7-23-1967, improper passing/left/no passing zone.
Christopher Michael King Jr., dob 12-22-2003, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Hayleigh Marrie Kopp, dob 5-18-2009, operate uninsured motor vehicle, (GDL) graduated driver’s license having more than one person under the age of 20 in vehicle.
Aaron M. Niemeyer, dob 12-10-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Mark R. Winters, dob 3-03-1961, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
