The following police reports were filed between January 02 and January 08, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:

Robert L. Sprague, dob 3-19-1973, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Bryan P. Stone, dob 7-22-1971, driving under the influence of alcohol, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Gretchen D. Goeway, dob 7-11-1993, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver, unsafe backing onto a highway.
Jimme D. Smith Jr., dob 3-12-1968, driving on a suspended license.
Ashton B. Shanks, dob 9-26-1998, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:

Dalen A. Hultz, dob 2-09-2000, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Megan E. Camden, dob 10-16-2006, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Emma J. Herberling, dob 4-05-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kameron B. Volk, dob 1-28-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Richard A. Hires, dob 4-23-1952, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Negar Mahas, dob 10-21-1990, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Brandon K. Ervin, dob 12-22-1986, driving 11-14 mph above limit, registration expiration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Branden R. Boomershine, dob 4-13-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
