The following criminal cases were resolved in Scott County Circuit Court during January, 2026.
Kevin W. Cowden, 09/05/1965; pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay fine and costs of $2,915 and placed on 12 months of probation.
Alfred Richards, 5/16/1960; pleaded guilty to reckless driving and ordered to pay fine and costs of $827 and placed on six months of supervision.
Scott Seman, 02/20/2004; plead guilty to driving while license suspended and ordered to pay fine and costs of $827 and placed on six months supervision.
Jordan R. Dewald DOB 8/10/1991; pleaded guilty to unlawful transport of uncased bow and ordered to pay fine and costs of $295.
