The following police reports were filed between February 13 and February 19, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Joseph W. Meza, dob 7-16-1987, criminal trespass to residence/person present.
Jimmie D. Smith Jr., dob 3-12-1968, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Kody L. Wininger, dob 11-02-2007, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a domestic violence:
Anthony M. Day, dob 8-22-2002, domestic battery/physical contact, battery/cause bodily harm.
Gavin William Behnen, dob n/a, domestic battery/bodily harm, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Donald C. Kassing, dob 4-18-1995, unlawful possession of cannabis/driver.
Gabriel M. Richardson, dob 7-14-1973, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Douglas A. Wyman, dob 9-12-1963, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Fletcher C. Williams, dob 8-15-1997, registration expiration/driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Konnor D. Campbell, dob 2-19-2006, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Derek W. Gibson, dob 5-26-2003, driving 21-25 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Edith I. Honey-Delgado, dob 12-17-1970, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Michael Aaron Trueblood, dob 3-06-1973, improper traffic lane usage.
Travis P. Varble, dob 10-25-1990, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
