Felonies
Andrew D. Trobugh, dob 5-13-1980, was found guilty on a charge of felony possession/use weapon/firearm, fine, 4 years Department of Corrections, 6 months mandatory supervised release (MSR), 16 days credit for time served.
Jason D. Wanick, dob 7-12-1972, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth between 15-100 grams, fine, 8 years Department of Corrections, 1 year mandatory supervised release (MSR); charges of meth delivery less than 5 grams, aggravated fleeing/2+ controlled traffic devices, obstruction of justice/destroying evidence and unlawful possession of cannabis/driver were all dismissed.

Misdemeanors
Jason D. Bertoglio, dob 8-29-1972, charges of criminal trespass to land and assault were dismissed.
Christopher R. Gates, dob 8-27-1987, was found guilty on a charge of theft/unauthorized control less than $500, 1 year conditional discharge, $250 fine.
Grant M. Seeley, dob 10-28-1976, will not prosecute on a charge of dumping garbage, trash, refuse.
