The following police reports were filed between March 26 and April 02, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
David K. Minnick, dob 5-15-1978, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Sherri R. Angel, dob 3-11-1983, disorderly conduct.
Randy R. Dixon, dob 10-21-1964, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a conservation violation:
David A. Meldrum Jr., dob 8-20-1979, debris in water or stream.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Briahna S. Staggs, dob 3-28-1998, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
Amanda J. Johnson, dob 4-26-1988, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, improper turn signal, mufflers/1st, 2nd, not driving on the right side/driving left.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Braden G. Tucker, dob 1-05-2006, reckless driving, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Avery William James Heyen, dob 6-24-2007, reckless driving.
Kelsie R. Fester, dob 11-05-1988, drivers license expired for more than a year.
Evan R. Orr, dob 3-10-2010, leaving the scene, 2 charges of driving/never issued a license.
Dustin E. Newingham, dob 1-16-1992, drivers license expired for more than a year.
Joshua T. McIntyre, dob 7-26-2001, driving on a revoked license.
Makeijah E. Lacey, dob 5-17-2009, driving/never issued a license, improper passing an emergency vehicle, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Brenden R. Boomershine, dob 4-13-2007, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Klaudia H. Taul, dob 7-14-1999, failure to reduce speed.
Caleb J. Snyder, dob 9-09-1990, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Makayla N. Hoag, dob 2-17-2002, child restraint violation/child under the age of 8.
Jacob A. Kinsel, dob 12-12-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Keaton R. Baumgartner, dob 9-13-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Sally A. Freed, dob 6-15-1965, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Kyle R. Baumgartner, dob 4-23-1985, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Jared Santillan, dob 10-19-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Elisha Lee Reynolds, dob 7-22-2004, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Michael D. Conover, dob 6-23-1992, transport/carry alcohol liquor/passenger.
Breyden E. Hamilton, dob 12-03-2004, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver, unsafe equipment/1st & 2nd.
Elvis E. Armijos Moreno, dob 7-19-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
