The following police reports were filed between April 24 and April 30, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Terry L. Miller, dob 4-15-1976, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Donald G. Dawson, dob 9-18-1968, theft control intent between $500-$10K, possession of meth less than 5 grams.
Donald G. Dawson, dob 9-18-1968, possession of meth less than 5 grams.
Bobbie Jo Simmons, dob 1-01-1980, tamper with security, fire, life system; theft/stolen less than $500.
Tracie R. Ball, dob 9-30-1971, possession of meth less than 5 grams
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Austin T. Gilleland, dob 12-02-1995, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:
Mason J. Godar, dob 4-23-1997, driving under the influence of a drug, improper turn signal.
Alexandria C. Blasa, dob 10-27-2003, driving under the influence/blood alcohol concentration 0.08.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin P. Cunningham, dob 8-29-1991, driving on a suspended license, improper traffic lane usage.
Daniel L. Shields, dob 2-16-2006, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Brenton L. Newell, dob 3-02-2001, speeding 35+ mph over limit, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individuals were charged with an ordinance violation:
Sandra M. Hardwick, dob 12-15-1973, dog at large.
David G. Havlin, dob 6-17-1960, unlawful accumulation/garbage.
Bertha M. Garner, dob 6-09-1971, dog at large, owner is liable/dog attack/injury.
Amber L. McEvers, dob 11-05-1975, unlawful accumulation of garbage/trash.
Dawn Fry, dob 2-21-1982, dog at large.
Michelle L. Ommen, dob 2-04-1972, dog at large.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Josie L. Thompson, dob 10-08-2009, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Lawrence A. Eversman, dob 10-09-1939, failure to obey stop sign.
Christa A. Lowe, dob 8-26-1939, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
William R. Austin Jr., dob 5-15-1990, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Brandon K. Ervin, dob 12-22-1986, registration light/1st, 2nd.
Sydni L. Maggart, dob 11-03-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Emily K. Odle, dob 9-26-1982, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Maurice D. Lee, dob 6-01-2005, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Jacob T. Adams, dob 5-22-2001, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Chous T. Chomini, dob 11-19-2000, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
