The following police reports were filed between June 12 and June 18, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Elias L.D. Fraley, dob 3-23-1992, criminal damage to property between $500-$10K.
Nicole R. Huff, dob 1-20-1986, possession of meth between 5-15 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deana E. Renken, dob 5-18-1992, possession of meth less than 5 grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Brittany R. Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, resisting peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, 2 charges of criminal trespass to land.
Nciole R. Huff, dob 11-20-1986, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Thomas J. Marski, dob 11-01-1959, criminal damage to property less than $500.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Kody M. Coy, dob 9-29-2000, driving under the influence of a drug.
The following individual was charged with domestic violence:
Cole F. Spears, dob 4-14-2008, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Clayton C. Bartony, dob 9-26-1980, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Kyle M. Connell, dob 7-30-1979, driving on a suspended license.
Sarah R. Newman, dob 4-29-1977, driving on a suspended license, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Anner A. Pagodas-Ramos, dob 6-24-1997, driving/no license/permit/age.
Kimberly M. Thielman, dob 1-10-1997, speeding 26-34 ph over limit.
Ella M. Webster, dob 5-01-2006, speeding 26-34 ph over limit.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Pamela J. Bauer, dob 2-07-1958, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Summer L. Conrad, dob 3-21-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Tobiah J. Liles, dob 10-05-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sarah R. Newman, dob 4-29-2004, driving on a suspended license/failure to appear, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Tyler J. Pearson, dob 10-17-1977, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Keith B. Pegue, dob 7-29-1974, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Timothy F. Pruitt, dob 4-17-1977, violate license classification 1st & 2nd division.
Dayton M. Varble, dob 6-17-2004, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
