Felonies
James P. Frank, dob 7-06-1975, a charge of violate order of protection/prior violation of order of protection was dismissed.
Tyler D. Lockhart, dob 10-27-1994, a charge of escape/violate electronic monitoring was dismissed.
John A. Stewart, dob 5-31-1989, will not prosecute on a charge of violate sex offender registration.

Nicholas A. Sagez, dob 12-14-1963, was found guilty on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, 24 month conditional discharge, $300 fine.
