The following police reports were filed between June 11 and June 17, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Levi C. Morgan, dob 6-15-1993, aggravated domestic battery/strangle, unlawful restraint, domestic battery/bodily harm, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
Dakota S. Castleberry, dob 11-29-1994, 2 charges of reckless conduct/great bodily harm.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Daniel J. Kesinger, dob n/a, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Scott A. Cardwell, dob 9-06-1985, driving under the influence of alcohol.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Dustin E. Newingham, dob 1-16-1992, drivers license expired for more than a year.
Summer R. Bricker, dob 3-19-1999, 2 charges of driving on a suspended license.
Nickie L. Tuey, dob 1-08-1999, leaving the scene, failure to reduce speed, not driving on the right side of the road.
Dustin T. Howell, dob 5-23-1993, driving on a suspended license.
Kimberly S. Pennington, dob 4-08-1971, driving on a suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Derek R. Pickel, dob 5-20-2004, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Bruce W. Benson II, dob 9-13-1994, recreation off-highway vehicle offense, unlicensed.
Kourtney E. Hardwick, dob 10-19-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Breana L. Simmons, dob 10-08-1990, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Joseph W. Meza, dob 7-16-1987, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Donald C. Kassing, dob 4-18-1995, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, violate license classification 1st & 2nd division, failure to obey yield sign.
Richard L. Ackley, dob 10-24-1963, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Alex T. Dufelmeier, dob 5-26-2005, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Amanda L. Talley, dob 9-20-1993, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cody B. King, dob 1-31-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Cheyenne M. Meza Sprague, dob 7-17-2003, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
