Felonies
Olivia L. Beightel, dob 6-11-1993, was found guilty on a charge of theft/unauthorized control less than $500, 18 month condition discharge, $300 fine; a charge of receive/possess/sell stolen vehicle was amended/reduced.
David A. Depper, dob 2-05-1986, was found guilty on a charge of domestic battery/other prior, $1,170 fine, 3 years in the Department of Corrections, 4 years mandatory supervised release (MSR), 39 days credit for time served.
Brittany R. Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, was found guilty on a charge of aggravated DUI/3, 12 months probation, $500 fine; charges of leaving the scene and registration suspended/failure to purchase tax sticker were dismissed.
Devon M. Hicks, dob 6-07-1996, was found guilty on a charge of predatory criminal sexual assault/victim under the age of 13, fine, 16 years in the Department of Corrections, 3 years mandatory supervised release (MSR), 185 days credit for time served.

Dawn M. Kelley, dob 12-28-1977, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than 5 grams, $90 fine, 2 years in the Department of Corrections, 6 months mandatory supervised release (MSR); a charge of violation order of protection/prior violation of order of protection was dismissed.
Bryan T. Turner, dob 10-28-1967, was found guilty on 2 charges of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9, 30 month probation, $510 fine, 7 days credit for time served, 180 days in county jail for both; a charge of possession of meth between 5-15 grams was dismissed.
Brandon A. Whitworth, dob 5-14-2007, was found guilty on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise greater than $300; 2 charges of retail theft/display merchandise less than $300 were dismissed.
Misdemeanors

Gresham, dob 4-29-1988, charges of obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, failure to notify damage/unattended vehicle, driving on a suspended license, driver failure to give notice of a crash, failure to reduce speed, operate uninsured motor vehicle, resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee, 2 charges of criminal trespass to land and retail theft/display merchandise less than $300 were all dismissed.
Brandon A. Martin, dob 6-23-1999, charges of resisting a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee and 2 charges of obstructing identifciation were all dismissed.
Paul B. Nelson, dob 3-04-1973, a charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
Brody P. Winters, dob 8-27-2006, a withheld judgment/supervision disposition was entered on a charge of disorderly conduct, 6 months supervision, $75 fine; a charge of consumption of liquor/minor was dismissed.
