The following police reports were filed between June 17 and June 23. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Hutchinson, Thomas J., dob 7-13-1969, possession of meth less than five grams, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Mathis, Andrew M., dob 12-26-1992, aggravated domestic battery/strangle.
Quinn, Christopher M., dob 1-19-1979, aggravated criminal sexual abuse/victim five years or older.
Reynolds, Christina M., dob 9-10-1980, bringing cannabis in a penal institute, possession amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), driving under the influence of a drug, improper traffic lane usage, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Smith, Courtney C., dob 1-13-1986, possession amount controlled substance except (A)/(D).

The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
