The following police reports were filed between May 15 and May 21, 2026. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Heath E. Blaine, dob 6-24-1972, felon possess a weapon, driving on a revoked license.
Clarence F. Smith, dob 9-10-1958, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Anthony W. Tinker, dob 2-14-1987, possession of meth less than 5 grams, reckless driving.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Linee G. Hardy, dob 9-27-1975, criminal trespass to land, disorderly conduct.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
William J. Jacinto, dob 7-29-1989, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, failure to reduce speed.
