The following police reports were filed between September 9 and September 15. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individual was charged with a felony:
Meharg, David T., dob 12-03-1973, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS, possess drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Smith, Terrie D., dob 10-07-1976, bad checks/obtain control property.
Dobson, Brandi J., dob 7-26-1981, bad checks/obtain control property.
Bailey, Joshua M., dob 2-17-1983, bad checks/obtain control property.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Grizzle, Zachary D., dob 6-03-1994, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Scott, Mark K., dob 8-11-1987, driving on suspended license, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Shaw, Charleigh M., dob 5-29-2002, driving on suspended license.
Hall, Justin G., dob 11-13-1982, driving on suspended license.
Smith, Candace L., dob 8-08-1991, driving on revoked license.
Nelson, Christopher L., dob 9-02-1983, drivers license expired more than a year, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individual was charged with an ordinance violation:
Combs, Larry J., Jr., dob 10-27-1982, unlawful accumulation of trash.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Weinmann, Sarah J., dob 9-30-1994, registration suspended/failure to purchase tax sticker, disregard stop sign.
Rain, David P., Jr., dob 7-15-1962, disregard stop sign.
Burris, Ronald D., dob 5-06-1967, driving 11-14 mph above limit.
Creasey, Sandra L., dob 3-25-1950, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Rios, Selena M., dob 3-14-1996, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Kisselbach, Matt D., dob 10-21-1995, improper turn signal, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Knight, William V., dob 5-10-1955, passing school bus loading/unloading.
