Make plans to attend the Craft/Vendor Show this Saturday, Nov. 29, from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Senior Center in Pittsfield (220 W. Adams St.). Vendor fees and raffle proceeds will benefit the Griggsville City Cemetery. Contact Rachel Baker or Kathy Buchanan with any questions.

Mid fall colors are fading, and many of the local school’s business, and organizations honored Veterans-on-Veterans Day. The Calhoun Warriors are in the playoffs with a win undefeated 12-0 with the win on Saturday, Nov. 15, with Casey – Westfield. The score was the Calhoun Warriors 28-2l. Great job Warriors! Tuesday through Saturday last week temperatures remained in mid-60’s to 80 degrees. Wonderful weather to get outside work accomplished. As of yesterday (Sunday) only up to 58*, but as long as we have sunshine that really makes a big difference.
