Misty Lee Dudia, 44, Quincy, was arrested Jan. 9 on charges of driving under the influence and a hold for Adams County. She was released Jan. 10.

Felonies Andrew Wayne Hoofard, dob 2-27-1986, a charge of theft control intent between $500-10K was dismissed.
