The following police reports were filed between January 10 and January 16, 2024. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Dianna Hutchens, dob 8-04-1962, possession of an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D).
James L. Little, dob 6-29-1965, aggravated DUI/3/blood alcohol concentration 0.16+, aggravated DUI/3+, aggravated DUI/license suspended or revoked, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Rebecca L. Newingham, dob 11-22-1985, criminal trespass to residence, obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional employee.
Sarah R. Baumgartner, dob 2-19-1980, unlawful/interference/public utility.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Lisa M. Layton, dob 2-16-1986, DUI intoxicating compound, unlawful possession medical cannabis/driver, improper traffic lane usage, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Paul E. Calvert, dob 10-06-1986, driving on a revoked license, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Daniel J. Edmonds, dob 12-22-1993, cancelled/revoked/suspended registration/IL.
Tiffany A. Syrcle, dob 7-20-1981, registration expiration/3rd and subsequent, one year, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Monte J. Kitsmiller, dob 8-26-1962, driving on a suspended license, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Makayla C. Gust, dob 9-17-2000, unlawful possession of cannabis/passenger.
Joseph L. Kelley, dob 8-29-2003, driving on a suspended license, improper turn signal.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Tonya L. Eller, dob 6-27-1983, disregard official traffic-control device.
Robert C. Burnett, dob 11-15-1994, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Hannah E. Naugle, dob 8-05-2000, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Christopher Paul Tepen, dob 12-23-1964, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
Antonio D. Robeen, dob 1-25-2004, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
