Barrow Baptist Church and Bro. Mancel Day welcome you and if you don’t have a home church, our service times are at 9:30 a.m. Sunday school is followed by 10:30 a.m. morning worship with nursery service and kids’ church available. Everyone is welcome and we are handicap accessible.
On Sunday, Oct. 3 we had 27 members attending Sunday school and 35 members attending morning worship.
Remember our men and women in uniform and the leaders of our nation in your prayers. Others to remember include Lois Hart, Junia Day, Connie Sturgeon, Judy Cannon, Bob Krempasky, Debbie Grable, Maddi Smith, Judy McCurley, Max and Jane Kaegy, Betty Bruce, Brenda Pollard, Jennifer Hoots, Brand Fundel, Doug Norris, Eric Murphy, Shari Selleck, Steven Gilmore, Brenda Lawson, Karla Cannon, Deloros Cannon, Art Rogers, Mary Claus, Tara Dawdy, Jenny Fox, Brenn Killion, Kelsey Arnold, Owen Baird, Brendan Allen, Dalton Mitchell, Carol Berry, Judy Bigley, Jack Ingram, and the families of Rev. Clyde Myers, Lymans, Pansy Hardwick, Wanda Hardwick, and David White.
There are no birthdays or anniversaries to report this week.
Our monthly ladies luncheon will be Tuesday, Oct. 12 at noon in the fellowship hall. Oct. 17 at 6:30 p.m. will be men’s and women’s bible study. On Oct. 24 there will be a youth group, at 4 p.m., in the fellowship hall. Our quarterly business meeting will be Wednesday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. During morning worship several shared praises and Rich Caskey sang “The City of Streets of Gold.”
