The Jerseyville City Council met for their regular meeting on Tuesday at 6 p.m., which was held via teleconference due to COVID-19. Individuals wishing to listen in on the meeting, or make public comment, were encouraged to call the teleconference number.
The meeting’s agenda was short, with no new business items to review. Following the Council’s approval of the minutes from the regular City Council meeting held Tuesday, Dec. 14, and the bills as presented for Dec. 28, the Council went into closed session to discuss the Purchase/Sale of Property.
No action was made as a result of the closed session and the Council then adjourned. The Jerseyville City Council is scheduled to meet again on Tuesday, Jan. 11, at 6 p.m. via teleconference.
