The Universal Soo Bahk Do Praxium karate club at the Jerseyville Susnig Center recently held promotions. Receiving promotions were: Michael Stepanek (left) to the rank of “Cho Dan” (first degree black belt), and Austin Stepanek (right) to “Kyo Sa” (Certified Instructor).
