Brenton and Janie (Eschbach) Hill of Jerseyville welcomed their first child, a daughter, Avery Estelle Hill, 6 lbs., 1 oz. and 20 inches long. She was born at 6:54 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 2, 2021 at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton. Grandparents are James and Acinda Eschbach and Brad and Neasha Hill of Jerseyville. Great grandparents are Carl and Pauline Eschbach of Golden Eagle, Olin and Debbie Hill of Jerseyville and Carla Harbin of Palmyra, Illinois.
