Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, Feb. 24: Ham and beans, cornbread*, pickled beets, pears, muffin.
Friday, Feb. 25: Beef stroganoff, whole wheat roll*, green beans, plums, fruit and dessert bar.
Monday, Feb. 28: Sausage patties, biscuit* and gravy, Brussels sprouts, apples and oranges, pudding.
Tuesday, March 1: Chicken and noodles, red skin mashed potatoes, peas, plums, brownie.
Wednesday, March 2: Pepper steak, oven roasted potatoes, carrots, applesauce, pudding.
