The following police reports were filed between February 18 and February 24. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Stepp, Daniel W., dob 05-23-1985, burglary without causing damage, theft control intent less than $500, use of account number/code/ greater than $150, possession of meth less than five grams, criminal trespass to residence.
Morris, Kelsey J., dob 08-19-1990, meth delivery less than five grams, possession of meth less than five grams, possession drug paraphernalia, possession amount controlled substance except (A) / (D).
Miller, Dylan E., dob 10-24-1991, meth delivery less than five grams, possession of meth less than five grams, possession drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a domestic violence violation:
Webb, Bradley B., dob 10-16-1966, reckless conduct.
Stepp, Daniel W., dob 05-23-1985, violate order of protection.
The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Bierman, Darren W., dob 12-01-1983, driving under the influence of alcohol, improper traffic lane usage.
The following individual was charged with a major traffic violation:
Calvert, Everett E., dob 03-06-1952, unlawful possession cannabis/driver.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Hollis, Demetrius D., 12-04-2000, unlicensed.
Baggio, Nicholas L., dob 05-12-1980, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Madison, Jada L., dob 07-26-2005, electronic communication device.
Smith, Anthony C., dob 08-09-2003, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Overton, Jeremy L., dob 10-24-2000, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Willingham, Stacy S., dob 08-10-1991, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Valley, Samantha S., dob 06-17-1990, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Langley, Levon B., dob 10-10-1988, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
Graham, Jai J., dob 10-21-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
