Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, April 21: BBQ chicken patty on bun,* au gratin potatoes, baked beans, pears, orange Jell-O salad.
Friday, April 22: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, lima beans, tropical fruit, cake with frosting.
Monday, April 25: Chicken and noodles, whole wheat roll, peas and carrots, plums, pudding.
Tuesday, April 26: Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf, Japanese vegetables, peaches, muffin.
Wednesday, April 27: Chili, all meat Frank on bun,* slaw, tropical fruit, cheesecake with cherries.
