The Jersey County Business Association (JCBA) and the City of Grafton have been hard at work planning yet another social event for the county.
On Saturday, May 21, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., the JCBA and The City of Grafton will be hosting the second annual Sip, Sample and Stroll event. Tickets will need to be purchased ahead of time and are limited to 200. For the cost of the ticket, patrons will get a signature food and drink from various businesses in Grafton.
The following participating locations are:
■ 3rd Chute Bar & Grill, located at 220 W Main St: Pork Fritters & Apple Pie Shot
■ Aerie’s Winery, located at their office 14 W Main St: Antipasto Skewer & Leonard Kreusch Riesling or Copper Ridge Cabernet
■ Bloody Bucket, located at 201 E Main
■ Loading Dock Salsa & a Bloody Mary
■ Grafton Harbor, located at 215 Water St: Raspberry Jalapeno Dip & Wine Tasting Flight
■ Grafton Oyster Bar, located at 215 Water St: Jambalaya & Hurricanes
■ Grafton Pub, located at 226 W Main St: Taco & Margarita
■ Grafton Winery, located at 300 W Main St: Charcuterie Skewer & Sparkling Raspberry Wine
■ Hawg Pit BBQ, located at 821 W Main St: Pulled Chicken Sandwich & Hippy Juice
The event will be held regardless of weather and participants must be 21 to purchase a ticket; IDs will be checked at all locations. All ticket sales will be directed back to the participating businesses for the event. There will be a drawing for tickets turned in after going to each business.
