The police records released by the Pike County Sheriff’s office include the following arrests and bookings. The records state that these are accusations and each individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Emily King, 33, Barry, was arrested July 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was released July 24.
Thomas D. Spann, 33, Barry, was arrested July 20 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released July 20.
Shelby B. Burch, 30, Barry, was arrested July 24 on a charge of failure to appear. She remains lodged.
Jesika L. Denison, 32, Bowling Green, Mo., was arrested July 18 on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was released July 18.
Gerald W. Kirgan, 46, Griggsville, was arrested July 19 on a charge of failure to appear and disorderly conduct. He remains lodged.
Thomas L. Ellis, 48, Griggsville, was arrested July 23 on a charge of battery. He was released July 23.
Gene D. Seiz, 55, Hannibal, Mo., was arrested July 23 on a failure to appear charge from Missouri and a warrant from Adams County. He remains lodged.
Matthew J. McCloud, 25, Hull, was arrested July 18 on a charge of failure to appear. He was released July 18.
Edith M. Schubert, 41, Jerseyville, was booked into the Pike County Jail after being sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Andrew C. L. Pollard, 39, Macomb, was arrested July 20 on failure to appear. He remains lodged.
Ray F. Kindle, 60, New Canton, was arrested July 22 on a probable cause of driving under the influence.
Zachary P. Banfield, 29, Pittsfield, was arrested July 20 on a petition to revoke or modify bail bond. He was also arrested July 22 for failure to appear.
Stephanie A. Grimsley, 33, Pleasant Hill, was arrested July 18 on a charge of failure to appear. She was released July 18.
Christopher, A. Gentry, 32, Springfield, was booked into the Pike County Jail after being sentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections.
