The following police reports were filed between July 22 and July 28. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Brooks, Chet A., dob 11-02-1988, aggravated DUI/6+/blood alcohol concentration 0.16+.
Burge, Dennis R., dob 7-30-1979, driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS 4-9, operate without ignition lock device.
Pruitt, Lisa M., dob 11-09-1964, possession of meth less than five grams, aiding/abetting unlawful display title/plate/1, registration expiration/3rd and subsequent, one year.
Sandifer, Aaron T., dob 9-03-1985, possession of meth less than five grams, possess drug paraphernalia, improper use registration/title, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Underwood, Ashley N., dob 4-16-1987, possession of meth less than five grams.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Kramer, Joseph B., dob 2-20-2004, disorderly conduct.
Neuhoff, James M., dob 9-04-1967, disorderly conduct.
Porter, Morgan C., dob n/a, disorderly conduct.
Pruitt, Lisa M., dob 11-09-1964, unlawful display title/certificate/plate – 1st, registration expiration/1st and 2nd.
The following individuals were charged with domestic violence:
Everts, William E., dob 6-27-1966, domestic battery/bodily harm.
Fraley, Elias L.D, dob 3-23-1992, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Coughlin, Lesa J., dob 8-13-1970, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Imming, Bradley J., dob 10-07-1992, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Kamoss, Catherine F., dob 7-26-1950, leaving the scene.
Kenshalo, Robert C., dob 9-21-1975, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Kovach, Martin A., dob 3-04-1981, driving on suspended license.
McCune, Nicholas E., dob 4-24-1998, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Perkinson, Dennis R., dob 3-10-1968, operate vehicle registration suspended/2nd.
Stone, Anthony M., dob 2-09-1987, driving on revoked license, driving 15-20 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Sunderland, Timothy D., dob 7-31-1998, driving on suspended license, fleeing/attempt elude officer, operate uninsured motor vehicle, disregard stop sign, drive without headlight/cyc/1st and 2nd, motorcycle glass/goggles/shield violation, headlight/taillight/sidelight/1st and 2nd, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
