Lady Saukee golfers traveled to Porta for a triangular meet and walked away with second place behind the Rochester Rockets but beating out the Porta Blue Jays. Lauren Williams shot a 44, Hannah Williams shot a 45, Liesel Davidsmeyer shot a 55 and Kaylee Martin shot a 64 leaving the team with a 208.

Sept. 6 the Saukee golf team was at Brown County for a tri-meet with the Western Wildcats and the hosts, the Brown County Hornets.
The Saukees won the meet with a score of 177, followed by Brown County with 178 and Western’s 204.
Pittsfield was led by Abe Welbourne with a 41, followed by Jameson Noble with a 45; Lucas Nichols, 45; Liam Bonnett, 46. Brennan Tomhave and Nolan Daniel each shot a 47.
Western was led by Andrew Wilson with a 45; Alex Peters, 52; Dylan Ross, 53; Aaron Vincent, 54. Jonathan Grammar shot a 56.
Pittsfield’s junior varsity squad was led by Kyle Bradshaw with 46 and Luke Saxe, 50.
Golf
Sept. 7
The Saukees hosted QND, Mendon/Unity and Camp Point Central at Old Orchard County Club.
Pittsfield recorded a score of 167, followed by QND with 176; Camp Point, 189; and Mendon/Unity, 209.
The Saukees were led by Brennan Tomhave, 40; Abe Welbourne, 41; Jameson Noble and Nolan Daniel, both with 43s; Lucas Nichols, 45; and Liam Bonnett, 50.
The Saukee Junior Varsiity also had golfers on the court. Kyle Bradshaw was low with 46, followed by Caden Anstedt with 47; Vinny Olsen, 48; Maxwell Bonnett, 52; Luke Saxe, 53; Joel Noble, 55; Ethan Darnell, 57; Bobby Harris, 61; and Zayn Knight, 67.
Sept. 10
The Saukees finished second in the Hamilton Invitation held Saturday at Deer Run. Illini West was the winner with a 343, followed by Pittsfield, 346; QND, 357; Rushville/Industry, 364; Brown County, 381; Camp Point Central, 382; West Hancock, 390; Mendon-Unity, 392; Monmouth United, 418; Payson, 418; and Biggsville West Central, 354.
Individually, the Saukees were led by Abe Welbourne, with a 78 which put him in second; Brennan Tomhave, 87; Lucas Nichols, 88; Nolan Daniel, 93; Liam Bonnett, 96; and Jameson Noble, 97.
