The following police reports were filed between October 21 and October 27. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Smith, Dale A., Jr., dob 5-28-1988, meth delivery between 15-100 grams, possession of meth between 15-100 grams, other amount narcotic schedule I and II, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D).
Boxdorfer, Derek A., dob 5-25-1989, possession of meth less than five grams, possess drug paraphernalia.
Goheen, Jake J., dob 4-28-1987, possess amount controlled substance except (A)/(D), fleeing/attempt to elude officer, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
The following individual was charged with a misdemeanor:
Tucker, Matthew Wayne, dob 6-10-1967, violate order of protection, resisting/peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Kaucher, Ian A., dob 6-18-2004, plate secure/height/visual/sticker/1-2.
Hembrough, Jacob D., dob 5-08-2002, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
