Members of Dr. Silas Hamilton Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) held their Dec. 3 meeting at 10 a.m. at the Jersey County Historical Society Museum to put up a Patriot Christmas tree.
Ann Badasch created “ornaments” featuring a silhouette of a Revolutionary soldier for each member and her patriot’s names to hang on the tree. Fifty-one “ornaments” decorate the tree.
