John T. Boehm
CNB Bank & Trust, N.A., a BauerFinancial 5 Star rated bank, has announced the retirement of two long-serving members of its board of directors, John T. Boehm and Richard Foss.
Boehm has been a valuable member of the CNB Bank & Trust board of directors since 2006. Throughout his tenure, he has played a vital role in the development and implementation of key strategies that have helped to drive the bank’s success. Prior to joining the board, Boehm was a partner and founder of Boehm farms. He has been farming on the family farm since 1973 and is a United States Army Veteran.
Boehm and his wife, Ann, have been married for 50 years and have five children, 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild and one the way. He plans to spend his free time traveling with his wife and vacationing with his children and grandchildren. Boehm looks forward to keeping up with his grandchildren’s activities in his retirement.
Foss, who joined the CNB Bank & Trust board of directors in 2018, is a seasoned banking professional with a wealth of industry experience. Richard holds a B.S. Degree from Carroll University and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining the board, he was the President and CEO of Jacksonville Savings Bank. His past community service includes Jacksonville Regional Economic Development Corp board; Passavant Area Hospital board; Jacksonville Park board; Jacksonville Country Club board; and various church boards.
Foss and his wife, Pat, recently celebrated their 50th anniversary last October. The couple has two sons, Brad and Greg, and they each have two children giving them a total of four grandchildren. Foss enjoys golfing and bicycling in his free time.
