Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, May 4: Beef and noodles, red skin mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, pears.
Friday, May 5: Mexican mostaccioli, corn and black beans, garlic bread*, slaw, pineapple, dessert bar with fruit.
Monday, May 8: Polish sausage with kraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, peaches, pudding.
Tuesday, May 9: Pork patty, oven roasted potatoes, baked beans, applesauce.
Wednesday, May 10: Unstuffed green pepper casserole, garlic bread*, asparagus, plums, lemon whip.
