Reservations must be made by 12 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483. The menu may be subject to change based on product availability.
Whole wheat bread is served daily except as noted (*). Two percent milk is also served daily.
Monday, July 10: Polish sausage and kraut, w/g hot dog bun, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussel sprouts and peaches.
Tuesday, July 11: Beef stroganoff, w/g wheat roll, mashed potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes and oranges.
Wednesday, July 12: Chicken tetrazzini with veggies, w/g garlic bread, green beans and pineapple.
Thursday, July 13: Ham and beans, cornbread, pickled beets and apricots.
Friday, July 14: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, California blend vegetables and pears.
