Felonies:
Jeremiah J. Bowman, dob 2-24-1989, was found guilty on a charge of meth delivery less than five grams, two years probation, $300 fine; charges of possession of meth less than five grams, possess an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D) and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Patrick E. Chapman, dob 3-18-1993, a withheld judgment/2nd chance disposition was entered on a charge of criminal damage to property between $500-$10K, two years probation/special conditions, $300 fine, medical/mental health treatment; a charge of aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit was dismissed.
James N. Cook, dob 5-17-1991, was found guilty on a charge of violate sex offender registration, 30 months conditional discharge, $500 fine; a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Jeremy P. Devaisher, dob 11-16-1979, will not prosecute on charges of driving revoked/suspended DUI/SSS, possession of meth less than five grams and meth delivery/between 5-15 grams.
Julie A. Drake, dob 10-15-1980, was found guilty on a charge of possess an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), 30 months conditional discharge, $300 fine.
Tiffany L. Ford, dob 7-24-1979, was found guilty on a charge of violate sex offender registration, 30 months conditional discharge, $500 fine.
Valerie A. Garrison, dob 6-10-1988, a withheld judgment disposition was entered on a charge of possess an amount of a controlled substance except (A)/(D), two years probation/special conditions, $300 fine.
Devin A. Krueger, dob 4-05-1996, was found guilty on a charge of burglary, 12 years Department of Corrections; and found guilty on a charge of residential burglary, 13 years Department of Corrections; $1,500 fine.
Ryan Michael Lavite, dob 4-30-2002, a charge of aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit was amended/reduced; was found guilty on a charge of fleeing/attempting to elude an officer, one year conditional discharge, $500 fine; charges of speeding 35+ mph over limit, violate license classification 1st and 2nd division, no valid registration/1st and 2nd, operate uninsured motor vehicle and motorcycle glass/goggles/shield violation were dismissed.
Jeremy L. Manning Sr., dob 2-02-1977, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years probation, $300 fine; charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid registration/1st and 2nd and operate uninsured motor vehicle were dismissed.
Christian M. Simms, dob 4-11-1998, a withheld judgment/2nd chance disposition was entered on a charge of retail theft/display merchandise/less than $300, two years probation/special conditions; $300 fine.
Clinton A. Smith, dob 12-14-1984, a charge of theft control intent between $500-$10K was dismissed.
Ashley R. Winters, dob 4-26-1986, was found guilty on a charge of possession of meth less than five grams, two years conditional discharge, $300 fine.
